1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, etc.)

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before trek: 90% refund
• 15-29 days before trek: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before trek: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

3. Trek Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify trek itineraries due to weather or safety concerns
• Cancel treks in case of natural disasters or government restrictions
• Full refund provided if trek is cancelled by us

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must be medically fit for high-altitude trekking
• Follow guide instructions at all times
• Carry valid ID proof
• Maintain trek discipline and respect nature

5. Liability

mountthrill is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Medical emergencies or accidents during the trek
• Delays due to weather, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances
