Drive from Kathgodam to the base camp at Lohajung through scenic mountain roads.
Start early to reach Lohajung before sunset.
Trek through oak and fir forests to reach the first campsite near the frozen Bekaltal lake.
Pace yourself on the continuous ascent.
A steep climb through the forest opens up to the Telandi meadows, leading to Brahmatal.
Keep your camera ready for the views of Mt. Trishul and Nanda Ghunti.
Summit day! Climb to Brahmatal Top for spectacular views and descend back to camp.
Start very early to catch the sunrise views from the summit.
Descend back to the base camp at Lohajung.
Descents can be tough on the knees, use trekking poles.
Depart from Lohajung and drive back to Kathgodam, concluding the trek.
